Well - now that I have most of my software installed, I find that of my 3Gigs of memory 1+Gig is in constant use.

What would be the proper way to identify and reduce the useage?

I've discovered a Vista app to identify programs at startup, but I'm not sure how to determined if I can disable.

Anyone have any insight.
