As long as there is a Registry Cleaner thread started, I would like to know the impact of using these utilities. I purchased RegistryFix for my XP versions and did an Update to their release which supports Vista. I ran the program with a whopping 303 problems found, but I am reluctant to let it fix them.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
