Since the issue happens when IE7 is maximized, I suspect that the issue, just like MS stated, is your graphics card driver. Check and make sure that Vista did not rolled back the driver after you installed the latest one.
Try this, go to the device manger, right click the graphics card and choose update driver. Let Vista search for the latest driver.
If that doesn't work; download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website. Go to the device manager, right click and chose uninstall. Now try installing the driver you just downloaded using it's setup program. |
