...the only updates that i had when the problem started was an office xp sp3 (i have frontpage) and a junkmail filter for windows mail... windows did want me to shutdown so it could install updates... 16 of them... why dose it want me to do a shut down?? why cant it just install them on a restart.. ms is a pain in the jaksie!
