Auto run is something that is in windows, and the Burner program has the ability to turn on or off. and some burners can not read "packet" and some can... drop & drag is called "Packet" and you can use any DVD or CD if they are formatted for Packet writing...just like a floppy...(only when the CD/DVD is full it is Full.) you can re format a floppy or a CD-rw or dvd-rw..

Nero has packet with INCD and Easy DVD has packet, and some others, but your computer must have the ability to READ packet (not all can)..before it can...Vista Ultimate has packet read/writing installed.
1st session is packet... and left open...
