Customers who purchase a retail copy of Windows Vista and then upgrade to another version of Windows Vista using Windows Anytime Upgrade...
Now, those customers will be able to uninstall their upgraded copy of Windows Vista and re-install it on another device.
If I understand correctly, if I upgrade my PC from Home Premium to Ultimate, for example, I can then uninstall Ultimate from my PC and reinstall it on another PC...that will be fine. However, can I do a clean install (as opposed to an upgrade) on my other PC even though the product key is for an upgrade? |
