felix8406 will become famous soon enough

Well, not really and I think I just found the answer to my question. It wouldn't pertain to XP, because it does say Anytime Upgrade and Anytime Upgrade means upgrading from a version of Vista to a higher Version. I have yet to do an Anytime Upgrade, but before you get your upgrade key, you must tell MS the key to the version you are upgrading from; so that will invalidate your key. In other words, the upgrade key one receives becomes just like a retail version of Vista.
