Thanks for the feedback everyone. You would not believe what was the problem. I sent our computer tech (Murray) around to the customers house to set all this up, he spent 2 hours doing so without success. So I tried the DLink modem at my house and it worked fine, their computer works fine at my place also and at our shop. So I took it all back to their house and ran through the DLink setup wizard again. When I got to the ISP username and password, no-one knew what it was. I asked them how did Murray set this up without knowing the username and password? Dunno. So Murray had not even run the DLink setup wizard, which I assumed would be the first thing to do after hooking it all up. Anyway, it runs fine now and Murray doesn'tI don't use that tech any more.
