I bought a new pc about a month ago, first day i got it, vista would not finish the automatic install.

So i reinstalled it using the vista key on the side of the comp. Long story short vista will not work not and as my for a 'genuine" vista key.

I phoned futureshop (best buy) and expained to them what is up. he said i needed to reboot using the origianal product image...what does he main by that?

any idea how to get this piece of **** working again?
