I don't have a definitive solution. My potential solution for all such recalcitrant Vista problem is to do a repair install. Be sure and backup first. And, while it should not be necessary, I usually abort a repair install if Vista notifies me of any conceivable program incompatibilities, uninstall the offending program(s), and start the repair install again. |
