Snuffy and felix8406,

I want to apologize if my questions seem like the answers should be obvious to me but I have never experienced this problem when installing software.

I used both methods you two suggested but when I went to install the software again it still gave me the same error message. The problem must be what the second half of the error message states.

The whole error message reads: "The Temp Folder is on a drive that is full or is inaccessible. Free up space on the drive or verify that you have write permission on the the Temp Folder."

How do I see if I have "write permission on the Temp Folder?" I do not see why I would not have "write permission" since I am the only user on this computer and the administrator.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help,
