Where is your temp folder located? If on a different drive than C:\ use diskcleanup on all the Drives the small arrow will change drives for you or open My Computer to show all drives right click ea drive. show properties and click disk clean and clean for all USERS...
also check and see how much FREE space you have on C:\ ?????
it simply might be FULL... and Adobe is a HOG for space
