I use UAC, have never turned it off ... and can clean my TEMP file and lots of other files any time by using disk cleanup ... I have never been ask for permission, nor have I given permission, it does ask My Files or All Files, and to permanently delete or send to Recycle bin.
I use Computer, right click which disk, properties, click disk cleanup, clean all files, permanent delete an if i have used any other drives I do the same for ea drive....... you can also write a bat file to click and clean ea disk in sequence.
