That is very not good... your bios boots before windows does... and doesnt even load your hard drives until later on in the process... sounds like a RAM or CPU issue if you can't get to post.

You haven't overclocked have you?

Ask your manufacturer if there are jumpers that reset the CMOS... otherwise you are going to have to take it back... it's still in warranty
