Mode of media? I'm not sure what you mean but it's a CD/DVD disc that was sent to me from HP.
Clean install? Sorry, I guess it was a little confusing. I originally upgraded from XP (dirty install) but then had to repartition my hard drive because Vista used 30GB. So to answer your question, I formatted my hard drive and did a clean install.
Like I mentioned, I've done some research and have heard of Ghost, True Image and similar software but while reading about those products nowhere did they mention creating a bootable recovery disc. Any ideas?
