AVG and Bit Defender will not assist in removing PORN.
many porn sites, look onto your media viewer via a trojan/viris which is embedded with them...
several ways to get them unhooked.
1. Remove every MEDIA PLAYER. You can then try to delete the movie, since it will not "think it is open" Really hard to delete anything that is OPEN or in ~tmp statis.
2. Shut down your system... leave off for 3 min or more... then restart.
This should clean any inuse, option. then try to Delete your movies, recommend you hold down Ctrl when you click Delete... that totally removes and does not store in the Recycle Bin..
3. Reboot into SAFE MODE with CMD prompt.
---a. start --> cmd right click & (run as admin)
---b. move to the x:\directory\folder\ and del /s TMPFist*.*
Quote:
C:\Windows\system32>del /?
Deletes one or more files.

DEL [/P] [/F] [/S] [/Q] [/A[[:]attributes]] names
ERASE [/P] [/F] [/S] [/Q] [/A[[:]attributes]] names

names Specifies a list of one or more files or directories.
Wildcards may be used to delete multiple files. If a
directory is specified, all files within the directory
will be deleted.

/P Prompts for confirmation before deleting each file.
/F Force deleting of read-only files.
/S Delete specified files from all subdirectories.
/Q Quiet mode, do not ask if ok to delete on global wildcard
Using CMD is DOS and you can use * for wildcard.

Try these first then let me know if it workd or exactly what you screen replyed with.
