Wow... only 26% memory!
My Vista install uses about 45% of my 2GB
It looks like you have doe all the basic stuff. Did this always happen? And I presume you checked antivirus/spyware/adware scans etc? Have you looked at the performance monitor? It gives a graphical representation of CPU RAM and disk loads. When it is happening could you post a screeny of it?
