when I tried -->> 2. open folder,right-click file, open property, click Security>Advanced>Owner>Edit>Administrators，Click OK---> access denied
I tried logon on safe mode and logon as administrator
and run the window exploler run as administrtor

If you are not THE ADMIN your not going anywhere...
unless it has been turned off you should also be able to switch user to ADMIN which gives you FULL TOTAL ACCESS to your computer.
I porefer to use the cmd prompt but when all else fails.... BOOT to and START/Login as ADMIN not normal USER. |
