I am also concerned with what I have read about tech support issues with Dell which would concern me and the fact that they use proprietary parts which means, Josh, that if, for example a power supply fails, only a Dell power supply would work for a replacement. (perhaps not the best example for a laptop, but you get the idea).I had to go out and haven't done the search yet, but I will. and thanks for feedback on me being a SM now.
