If you ask me you should scarp Dell all together for the following reasons:
Delivery charges
(you can pick one up in store in PC world)
VAT charges
(dell all ways give you a good price until the very last moment when you enter debit details and then u get VAT'ed to hell.)
Customer Service
(Known as being one of the worst in the industry, so if it breaks and you cant fix it, your pretty much screwed)
Poor Quality in General
(to be fair i have never had a Dell laptop but we use them in work we have had them just over 3 months and there falling to pieces for no apparent reason, buttons are falling off and they over heat all the time)
