Right now I'm running a dual boot system with XP PRO 32bit and Vista Home Premium 64bit. The only reason I keep XP is for some of my older software and games. My question is it worth the upgrade from Vista Home Premium 64bit to Vista Ultimate 64bit? Also which version OEM or Retail and why ? Both of my current versions are OEM at the moment.
