Hello everyone. I'm having a lot of trouble getting my MP3 player to be recognized on my new 64 bit system using 64bit Vista. It shows up in the 'computer' screen, but when I go to Creative.com, and try to download the latest firmware, it telling me that my mp3 player is not connected. First of all, what version of Windows Media Player does the 64 bit version of Vista have? Thanks. Gary
