Hi am new to this site I hope am in the right place .

I have bee trying to turn off Network discovery /file shareing but it wont let me click on it its gray out all the info i find on the net thells me to just click the arrow and click off i know that much i just cant get it to turn off or on
its gray .


any one know how to enable this so i can turn off and on?

this gos for file shareing /public file shareing and Network discovery

could realy use some help thanks.
