Well essentially "Windows Vista" & "Windows Server 2008" are going to be the same. Except that "Windows Server 2008" will be a striped down version of vista. It has been that way for quite a while, Windows Server 2003 was a stripped down version of Windows XP, Windows Server 2000 was a stripped down version of Windows 98/98se. Other then the parts that have been ripped from the O/S it will be the same.
