some basic info is required for all questions..
OS by version, x86 or x64, modified or not, amt of ram, what all you have installed and "exactly what your problem is! in step by step.
90% of all questions can be answered if you download and install BELARC.. run the program, save at .txt. edit with notepad to remove your KEYS. then post... this gives everybody who tries to assist the same info you have... so we can "THINK"
