I must say one thing, sometimes we do forget that the voice on the other side is just another human being trying to make a living just like anyone else, and that perhaps the screw-up is not their fault. My daughter used to work for customer service and many times she was insulted by callers, even though it wasn't even her fault. One day she came home crying and told me about this guy that insulted her and called her names. It just happened that my daughter knew his daughter from school and knew where she worked. We visited her at work (clothing store) and told her what her father did. She felt bad and apologized for him. Later on we received a call from her dad apologizing as well. My daughter quit her job that same day and I'm glad she did. It was hurting to see her coming home everyday in a sad, depress mood because of all the anger people she confronted throughout the course of the day.
Anyway, I'm glad your issue is resolved and that you are getting a good deal from MS. |
