I agree and my next one may very well me a DIY machine. I want to learn more and there is no better hands-on experience than building your own. The installation of the CPU and heatsink are the scariest parts too. If there is not the right layer of thermal paste between the two the CPU can fry. I like the ones that have it included on the heatsink. There are kits and components at CBit my local store but last time I checked the prices were much higher than what you got. That's why I opted to buy the system I am running now,a pre built, regular retail system (very good price)
