I used 7zip for this, I am not sure if winrar will work, but it may. If you need 7zip it is available for free here:

Open 7zip and browse to the vista install disk, open the folder "sources" look for a file called "install.wim" (size=2.24GB)and open it then browse to 1>windows>fonts and extract the folder to your desired location(it is compressed to 157mb, but decompressed will become 288mb.) You now have all of the vista default fonts to replace the others, just be advised that if you have programs installed that require fonts not included with vista and you delete them the programs may no longer function correctly and you may need to reinstall them.
