I think that modifying Vista in ways that could not be accomplished via "normal user-procedures" after installation is a EULA breaker. I won't try to define "normal user-procedures" not, but they don't include modifying source code. They do include uninstalling user-uninstallable Vista component, things that can be done by editing the registry, trashing Vista files, etc. If needed I will try to get more precise.
