I'm confused. Ok, I assume your computer "physically" has a cd or dvd drive...something you actually stick a cd into. So, when you go the Start Orb and Click on Computer, does that drive show up as one of the drives on your pc? If not, then either you've got a hardware issue, in which the drive is not working, or perhaps some sort of driver issue. I still don't think Roxio has anything to do with it, though. |
