It's good. I'd much rather use the nice Vista interface than XP's. It has some flaws, but most bads come from user error, user failure to get up to speed on Vista, and not having enough time to solve problems. Vista has a few annoying things that should have been caught up front--like not always copying files quickly enough from drive to drive and over networks. Explorer tend to freak out a bit too often, but, on the other had, it usually regains its sanity with, sometimes, the help of task manager.
Do you have any specifics your want to ask about? I may have missed it; are you running Vista yet?
