Okay, I'm back to square one again, I want Vista on my PC and its doing the exact same thing again, as we speak my PC is doing a low level format to destroy all the data off my SATA hard disk, the error message disk read error has appeared again while trying to do an install of Windows Vista, I took the Hard Disk down to the PC store I got it from and they think its something I'm doing wrong, they said I need to download the SATA drivers for it to work after explaining that I have had Windows Vista on the same SATA drive before WITHOUT having to download any SATA drivers.
I do have an IDE drive, but I really want to use the SATA again for Windows because I found it to be much faster than using IDE. Again answers are greatly appreciated. |
