I would do a virus scan because win 32 can be a virus in certain instances according to google and an ad ware scan to make sure there is no problems there and delete cookie in IE7 and Temp Internet files and cache to see if that helps and also do a system file check by opening run from the start menu and typing in sfc /scannow and have you install disc ready you might need it this will repair any file errors.
