I am about one year into the 18 months of Norton that came with Vista computer. Preinstalled. I have just never heard of an 'update' download that I had to put in my product key numbers. What's that all about?
I don't like the fact that it asked me to register product after the download, then the product key.
In fact, I have no idea if this actually came from Norton. What proof do I have that Norton sent me this? Norton has zero email support.
So I mailed a real paper letter to Norton in California. If I don't get a response, I will just dump Norton.
I guess my question is: Anyone out there with Norton have this happen recently? Or at all?
