My wife just got a new HP Desktop with 15 months of free Norton. The first thing I did was uninstall Norton. Then, I installed Avast (free) and Commodo BOClean (for malware--free). Personally, I would not leave Norton anything on a machine of mine. You never know what problem it will cause next. Just hope you can uninstall it, whenever you so decide, without a problem. I say the sooner the better. |
