In that file is Windows Folders such as Windows Defender and other windows programs.

I made a screenshot of the folder.

I try to delete the folder but it says :

"You have to confirm this action"

Then i say ok to it.

Then it says :

"You must have permission to delete this"

Then i press retry and it says the same again.

The files are copy/write protected, and when i go and try to remove it, it says :

"You must have Admistator rights to change these files"

Then i press continue cause im logged on as the Adminstrator (I think, im the only one that can log on).

Then it says Error, there was a error trying to use these settings on these files, and then i can press ignore, ignore all, retry and cancel.

I tried to change the owner to myself and that still dosnt work.

I tried to Reboot into dos mode and use RD /s to delete the folder, then it says accses denied.

I tried moveonboot program, that dosnt work either.

Its about 70 Mb of files just sitting there on my C drive, and i really wanna get rid of them.

I really hope there is somebody out there that can help me with this.

Thank you for your time.
Take Ownership of file - Vista Forums
Hi, please use the link above, ( I'd use method 1 ). After you've installed it, right click on the file/folder, click Take Ownership, right click on the file/folder again, click Delete. Does it work ?
PS. You might have to Drag/drop the folder onto the desktop first. All else fail, open the folder, use Take Ownership, delete the files inside one at a time.
