I hear Windows Vista has built in voice recognition... can anyone tell me more about it? Can you navigate the interface by voice, dictate documents, or both? How good is the voice recognition? Does it slow down your computer?

Thanks for any advice you can give me on this, I might be in the market for a new computer soon and am wondering if I should stick to what I know or take a leap of faith to Vista. Unfortunately I have no way of trying it out for myself!
