I had the same issue. I wrote to customer support and after some troubleshooting they suggested removing Windows Live Mail, including all folders and register keys and reinstalling the program.
This did not work at first because I reinstall a copy of Windows Live Desktop I had saved in my PC. So I went ahead and remove everything again, downloaded the updated version from MS site and reinstalled it. That solved the issue. |
