This is called Dream WinCustomize. I am just trying it now....

But, briefly, the DreamScene Preview looks grainy to me, and it slows my desktop down by 30-35 points on the PassMark composite test. I can actually perceive some of the slowdowns visually in the various individual tests related to the composite. Bottom line: I won't be using DreamScene unless the final affects my computers' performance very little.
