It has to be an update issue from Microsoft. I was getting the transparent taskbar with RTM until MS came out with all kinds of updates during Vista's released to the public. I'm guessing that a newly just released update fixed the problem, but it'll be difficult to determine which update. I updated my ATI Radeon X550 driver about six/seven days ago, so that couldn't be what fix it. |
