For a long time, many of us thought that every Vista disk contained both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. Then, we learned that this idea is not correct if one buys Ultimate. In this regard, one gets both a 32-bit and a 64-bit disk. Still, some think that some disks come with both versions. I think the confusion arises because one has the right to both versions (used one at a time) if a version of Vista other than Ultimate is purchased, yet only one disk comes with such purchases.
