The taskbar stays the same no matter what you change
with the colors, etc; it stays black, at least in home
basic. The menu button stays the same, too.
I tried to get the old "Plus!" themes to work in Vista,
but they just change the background and cursors but
not the taskbar.
How do I change the taskbar for a full new theme?
