1. NO KEY install = 30 days
2. -rearm #1 = 30 days = total 60 days
3. -rearm #2 = 30 days = total 90 days
4. -rearm #3 = 30 days = total 120 days
Also that the UPgrade DVD's were made so as to allow a CLEAN install and That makes the NEW Cost cheaper, and the "KEY" for Ultimate Upgrade
will also allow you to purchase 2 copies of Home Premium for $50.00 ea.

Why buy Full Retail when Upgrade will do the exact same,
and you are allowed to order the 64-bit version if you own a 32-bit version or Visa Versa.
