Well I very rarely get a blue screen using MS like I hear alot of people do. But this time I got majorly screwed. I was trying to load a avi in quicktime and it locked up. I tried alt/del/cntr and then I got a blue screen.
On the system check it gave an error .can not detect IDE HDD.
I was using 2 sata in raid at the time. First thing I thought was the raid set up was the problem since I never found driver for vista raid and I was curious that it worked ok. I think I changed everything back to non raid but not quite sure as I am not that good when getting too much into the mechanics of computers. I still get the message and will not go much further then system (bios) check.
The bios detects that there arr Hdd but when I go to do a vista repair with the disc it does not detect hdd.
