They're all already SOLD OUT! Only 20,000 of them avail.

I think MS would had done better to provide a copy for free to those 20,000 individuals who helped the most during the Vista beta testing as a token of appreciation. Without feedback from the many testers, Vista would not had made it.

and Vista is still being tuned..
This Sucks, Consumers can buy a "signed copy" when Beta Testers get very little.. Oh, yes some Beta Testers did/will receive a FREE copy of Vista...that is very little.. If MS limited BETA TESTERS to 20 or 30 Thousand and then gave ea a FREE (Signed) Copy.. That would really be nice and would make the BETA TESTERS's work a little harder to find a BUG, I Submitted over 50 and I do not get a FREE Copy, and know of others whom will not receive a FREE Copy.. Yes, I rec'd a FREE SP1 and SP2 CD for XP and I was also tagged a "Pirate" and had to get a new "KEY" for XP...I heard about the "Signed Copy" of Vista not from Beta Testing, but from "forums" on the internet...
I still love BETA Testing but Feel MS could treat us better...60 days is not much of a FREE TRIAL..

HaHaHa. Yep, that's what I want. I'd much rather have a copy signed by Steve Jobs. But, I am kidding. I don't give a hang for having any autograph that is not valuable. I admire Bill for his philanthropy and his entrepreneurship. And, he's always seemed like a nice guy to me.

I am not woried about a free copy. Testing beta software gives me the opertunity to run software and know it inside out before it is released. That is one thing that I can do to help my clients. That is worth a lot more than having to purchase a license. Now free test vouchers for MCSE vista/longhorn when they came out would be great.

Lol, well I felt the signature upgrade was a gimmick anyway! If any of you got them then well done... but seriously, its just a different box with a name on it

I wonder how the 20,000 people grabbed the sign copies? I wanted one, but I wasn't invited to the reunion. Maybe I'll be able to get Bill to sign a copy when he gets here to San Antonio for the announcement of the new data center.
