This only allows you to Download and make a COPY of a Bootable Vista.. The only thing that matters is Vista product key given online, which will determine and unlock only the correct features assigned to the purchased edition. If you own a KEY already it only unlocks that Version.

The files are hosting on the server on domain msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net owned by Digital River, one of the delivery partners for Vista and also the brain behind Windows Marketplace e-commerce store.

After downloading the files, simply double click on the executable (.exe) to start to install Vista. Note that 3 files must be put together in the same directory. You still need a product key where you can buy immediately from Windows Marketplace, or if you prefer Vista in a box, buy from Amazon. Unless you already have a KEY or want to Upgrade your current Version.
