| Question. Why "PIRATES" in the title? Just because "he was not properly informed before XP installed WGA Notifications, a separate program that flags counterfeit copies and nags users running pirated versions", don't automaticly mean he was running an illegal product. He could just be unhappy that MS installed it with his notice. Unless I am wrong or being to trusting to people I don't think he should be auto classed as an illegal software runner. What Do you think? |

| Again this depends on how you (not a lawyer) reads and understands the EULA. By reading all the (several) posts and links around, he claims he is a "PIRATE" and the Downloads were installed w/o his permission, which in turn shut his version of XP down to limited access. Now you would have to go to the chinesse with, load a transulator and read carefully. He does not " explain" in perfect english... but it (IMHO) translates to "he was/is using a illegal version of Windows XP". He is only sueing for US Dollars $179.00....
