Question Things You Should Know-SP1 And SP3

I am confused that everybody does not read what MS has posted freely all over on many sites. Mostly from TechNet & MSDN where you can get Official Downloads. ((Not WAREZ or HACKED info).MS has also posted that (Many hacked and warez copies are missing components and this can cause several different problems. So Warez and Hacked copies of Vista and XP should be WARNED..If you do not read then travel at your own risk.))
Site reference is here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/w.../bb738089.aspx

Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) Release Candidate
The Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Release Candidate (RC) is now available to Technet Subscribers. In addition to previously released updates, SP1 contains changes focused on addressing specific reliability and performance issues, supporting new types of hardware, and adding support for several new technologies. SP1 also addresses some management, deployment, and support challenges.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Things to know before you download

If you have a prior version of SP1 beta installed, you must uninstall it prior to installing SP1 RC.
Microsoft does not recommend installing this software on primary or mission critical systems.
Windows Vista SP1 Release Candidate is time-limited software.
Support is through self-help and peer support via the Windows Vista SP1 forum.
Additional information about the above items and others. Be sure to review.
<|> means I have snipped out stuff... you really should go to the site and READ.. it might stop you from asking rather DUMB questions later.
I say DUMB due to it might make you feel stupid that you did not read the actual POST.

Microsoft did release a document entitled: “Installing Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Things to Know Before you Install” which should be read before upgrading the system. It basically states that users have to uninstall prior installed versions of the Service Pack 1 before installing the new one, that the copy of Windows Vista has to be genuine, that this release is a time limited software which will no longer operate after June 30, 2008 and that it is a pre-release version of the upcoming Service Pack 1.
