Hi to all. my past work was 11 yrs as customer service engineer and test engineer at intel - I was their designated tester czar, also worked on their factory floor resolving technical issues, 20 yrs military still photo precision photoprocessing, also in planetarium and observatory at usaf academy and f-15 calibration lab and base calib lab. Worked on over 20,000 desktop and laptops upgrading and software resolution.
