Hi, I just upgraded to Windows Vista Ultimate. It seemed great at first. When the misses or my 2 girls logged on with their profiles all of their documents and outlook contacts and inbox messages were gone. Anyone want to guide me to someone that can help? Bill |

| Hi Bill! To solve the issue I require more information. Do your family simply log on to their personal accounts and when they go to 'My Documents' nothing is there? If so can they go to the C:\Users\ folders and access their files in their personal folders there? Looking forward to your reply crabby |

| As far as I know it thats a good thing mate. The whole reason for personal accounts is so you have total privacy. It wouldn't make sense to have (for instance) an outlook folder that other members or users could see. 1 user 1 x setup of customizable features. 3 users 3 x setup of customizable features. Once for each user. If you have 1 user you will see that user name in the "USERS" folder. If you have 3 users you will see 3 names in the "USERS" folder. Each user has a documents folder, Pictures folder, AppData folder (which is where outlook stores information) etc. So each user has total privacy. In some cases, even software has to be installed again for a second user. I would advise "Windows Mail" If you are sharing.
